 Our business background

Our whole business revolves around computers and the internet, and has done for many years. We repair and maintain computer systems in our local area and our sister company - www.web-mender.co.uk - specialises in rescuing ailing websites to ensure they get proper exposure on the internet. We also handle domain registrations and web hosting through www.wm-webserve.co.uk.

We are the first point of contact for many of our web clients because we have considerable IT knowledge and we offer a first class service. We don't use voicemail systems or helpdesk contractors on the Indian sub-continent: Our clients telephone us (even outside office hours) and we answer the phone personally.

 Our location and reach

We are based on the outskirts of London but, thanks to the internet and fast broadband connections, we can support customers anywhere in the UK.

Whilst large support companies mainly support other large companies, small business users and home users are generally neglected and don't know which way to turn when they run into difficulties.

Our support service is perfect for those who cannot afford their own IT staff and those who live or work in remote areas.
