 Support packages

We offer two unique packages to cater for just the level of support you require.

Plan 1: Emergency rescue

Designed for ad-hoc problem-solving sessions, the charge for this service is based on one hour's connection.

If the problems cannot be resolved in one hour, we will give you an estimate for the additional work required.

Plan 2: Annual maintenance

This service has an annual charge which covers you for most fault diagnosis sessions throughout the year.

On payment of the charge, we give your PC a complete health check and rectify any existing faults.

After that, you merely have to call us if any faults develop.

During the course of the contract, you can also ask for advice about other computer problems such as email configuration. We will always try to help.
